1. According to the Plaintiff’s expansion of the purport of the claim in the trial, the judgment of the first instance is modified as follows.

The defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Ku-gu is a professional axis belonging to the Korea professional axis, which operates Sung-nam FC, and the Plaintiff is a stable player who entered the Defendant Ku-gu in the second order of DF after graduation from the Kam University in around 2012 and entered the Defendant Ku-gu and entered the employment contract with the Defendant Ku-gu.

The obligation of the Gu Group of Article 4 of the Basic Amount of Annual Wage shall be guaranteed to faithfully perform the following obligations:

1. The Gu shall comply with all the relevant provisions, including the Code of Ethics and the Federation, the Association, the AFC, and the articles of incorporation, regulations, and decisions of the FIFA.

The medical players of Article 5 promise to fulfill the following obligations in good faith:

1. The player shall comply with the Articles of Incorporation, regulations, and decisions of the European Union, the Federation, the Association, the AFC, and the FIFA, including the rules and ethics.

2. The athletes shall make a business trip to all the games designated by the teams and display their ability at the time of the competition.

3. Athletes shall participate in training, dormitories, meetings, preparation for games, etc. designated by the Gu teams;

5. A player shall participate in the health examination, prevention and treatment designated by the Gu team;

10.The players shall comply with the legitimate instructions of the teams.

14.A player shall always endeavor to maintain the health conditions of the highest good faith and to maintain and develop physical capabilities in order to provide all his/her talent to the utmost end as a professional axis player.
