1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,479,453 as well as 20% per annum from September 14, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Ku-gu is a professional axis belonging to the Korea professional axis, which operates Sung-nam FC, and the Plaintiff is a stable player who entered the Defendant Ku-gu in the second order after graduation from Taenam University in around 2012 and entered the Defendant Ku-gu and entered the employment contract with the Defendant Ku-gu.

B. On December 1, 201, the Plaintiff and the Defendant Union concluded a contract for professional sports players (hereinafter “instant contract”). The key contents are as follows.

The medical players of Article 5 promise to fulfill the following obligations in good faith:

1. The player shall comply with the Articles of Incorporation, regulations, and decisions of the European Union, the Federation, the Association, the AFC, and the FIFA, including the rules and ethics.

3. Athletes shall participate in training, dormitories, meetings, preparation for games, etc. designated by the Gu teams;

10.The players shall comply with the legitimate instructions of the teams.

14.A player, as a professional axis player, shall always endeavor to maintain the status of the highest good faith and to maintain and develop physical capabilities in order to provide his/her mother talent to the maximum extent possible.

Article 9 Reduction of the annual salary means that a player is unable to engage in activities of players for at least 45 days due to a disease, injury, etc. caused by his/her causes attributable to the player during the term of this contract or by being subject to disciplinary action from Gu teams, etc.
