2. On April 10, 2018, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 2g 30,000,000 from H on the street in front of the K-dong of the J Apartment apartment in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 300,000,00 from H.

3. Sale of Handphones.

A. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from L to the Defendant’s M Union account, and sent approximately KRW 0.7g of opon-phones from O located in the Seo-gu Busan, Busan, from around 16:00 to around 16:30 of the same day.
