Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on January 20, 2017, and on January 22, 2018, the execution of the sentence was completed at the Jeonju Prison on January 22, 2018, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 4, 2018, the Defendant administered a scopon medication by inserting approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City Bel on September 4, 2018, and melting it into the scopon transfusion.

2. On September 6, 2018, the Defendant, holding philophones, sent approximately 0.25g of philophones in front of the “E” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, in a way of placing them in the color room.

On August 28, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) provided a single franchisor to H free of charge on the alleyway located in Busan Dong-gu F, Busan; (b) approximately 0.03g of the Metropis, a local mental medicine; and (c) provided a single franchisist with H.

On April 4, 2018, at around 20:30, the Defendant issued K with approximately 0.16 g of Mesopha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) a part of the Metepha (one philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), a local mental medicine, in front of the so-called coffee shop located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu.

2. On June 4, 2018, at around 23:45, the Defendant issued K with approximately 0.16g of philopon on the street in front of the non-fluorted telephone in Busan Dong L, Busan, at a cost.
