A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Nos. 1 and 2 of the 2017 Highest 5949, seized, respectively, shall be from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 21, 2015.

Although the Defendant, “2017 Highest 5949,” was not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,00 from C in the vicinity of a hospital in which it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Busan Jin-dong, Busan, and sold 0.03 g of crypphones, a local mental medicine, (hereinafter “cypphones”).

2. On August 9, 2016, around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from C in front of the E convenience store located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) sold 0.03g of philophones to G and sold philophones to C.

3. On September 17, 2017, around 18:30 on September 17, 2017, the Defendant sold 1.3 million won from H in the vicinity of the G branch of the National Bank G located in Busan Metropolitan Government M, and sold 10g philophones to H, and 10g philophones.

4. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03g of philophone into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with water at the mother telecom with which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si; and (c) administered philophones in a way of injecting them into the arms blood transfusion.

5. On November 22, 2017, at around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) placed in front of the restaurant of “J” located in Busan, Busan, the Busan, and carried a phiphone by inserting two plastic phone 0.8ghon in the Krodi vehicle, which contains two plastic phone clopon and one copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon in the test color.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around March 17, 2016, at around 20:30, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from L from L in and near the high-priced roads located in the Dong-dong of Busan, Busan, and received KRW 500,000,000 from L, and is a mematic medicine (one name “diaphone”; hereinafter referred to as “diaphone”).
