A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Jeju District Court on July 25, 2012, and on November 25, 2012, the Jeju Correctional Institution completed the execution of the sentence.
1. 2. On November 22, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:30 on November 2, 2013, purchased goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 137,100 from the fart of the victim’s name in operation in connection with Jeju-si, and offered to employees as if he was the Defendant’s card, and then issued and issued sales slips, and then used them. From around that time to December 4, 2013, the Defendant acquired the above goods from the said employee and acquired the said goods of KRW 1,943,30 in total by means of using the agricultural credit card in the name of G, such as the list of crimes (2).
3. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle for a gallon owned by D without obtaining a driver’s license for driving the motor vehicle in front of the road in front of the 2242-1-1, the Dompon-dong, the Dompon-dong on June 12, 2014, without obtaining a driver’s license for driving the motor vehicle.
