Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 31, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion larceny at the order of the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the net prison on August 4, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 15, 2013, the Defendant thief, at the main point located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s University University University, 00:05, sent alcohol to the victim C, who is a workplace club, and then cut off a credit card from the victim’s bank while getting on and returning a D taxi together with the said victim.

2. On December 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) paid KRW 4,680,00 on the roads near the Fju store located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) on the taxi fares of the said D-si, the Defendant offered a stolen credit card, which was stolen by preparing and issuing sales slips on taxi fares of KRW 4,680 after the Defendant submitted it to the 4,680, which was the Defendant’s nameless taxi driver, and then acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

In addition, the Defendant used the credit card that was stolen over a total of ten times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list on the same day, and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 1,569,780.

3. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on February 21, 2014, went through drinking at the main point of “H” located in Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) opened a sugar room managed by employees of the said main point; (c) intrudes into the room; and (d) up to 8.50,00 won of cash owned by the victim I; and (d) stolen a wall with a sum of KRW 2.50,000,000 in face value and KRW 100,000,000.
