A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2017, the Defendant employed a female sexual traffic, such as D and E, at a “C,” located in the Gumi-si B and 2 floor, and had male customers receive 60,000 won of sexual traffic from male customers to have sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic, and had them engage in sexual traffic arranging business by distributing 70,000 won of the above price to the female sexual traffic.

On May 16, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 120,00 from an unfit male guest and caused him/her to do sexual intercourse with D and sexual intercourse, as well as from April 28, 2017 to May 18, 2017, the Defendant received the price for sexual intercourse from many unspecified male customers, and had them do sexual intercourse with the female sex trafficking.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
