The punishment of the accused shall be determined by four months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 24, 2010 to July 2015, the Defendant: (a) was a representative of the C literature (hereinafter “the instant literature”); (b) forged the rules among the doors that, using the Defendant’s custody of the Defendant’s son and E’s certificate of his personal seal impression, the Defendant as an operating member; and (c) forged the said rules; and (d) sold 2176m2 of the forest land in Jin-si, Jin-si, the ownership of the said door, the forest land (hereinafter “the instant forest”) with intent to forge the minutes to delegate all authority to the Defendant.

A. On February 13, 201, the Defendant: (a) cited most of the regulations in the text of Article 5(2) on December 22, 2009; (b) originally “three operating members”; (c) under the title of “C Rules” using a computer located in the Defendant’s home located in Jin-si 3 next 102 and 203, Jin-si, Jin-si; and (d) under the title of “C Rules” at the Defendant’s home located in the same time; and (c) under the title of “C Rules”, Article 6 on the election of executive officers shall be first elected at the ordinary meeting of shareholders from “three operating members”; (d) “one chairperson, one vice-chairperson, one secretary, three auditors, and three operating members.”

In “The Committee shall elect one chairperson, one vice-chairperson, one general secretary, three auditors, and two operating members at the ordinary meeting of shareholders.

“As amended on December 22, 2009, a copy of the “Rules” of the C text was prepared, and the name of H, I, J, K, L, and D was written at the bottom and printed out, and then the previously prepared seal was affixed at will on the side of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the rules among the doors in the name of H, I, J, K, L, or D, a private document concerning rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant who forged a private document with respect to the minutes in writing using a computer located at the same time and at the same place;
