Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant who conceals an offender is living together with C.
C was the escape of the reported marriage after disguised marriage, and the defendant was also aware of the fact.
From October 21, 201 to November 3, 2011, the Defendant concealed the Defendant’s house located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 302 by forcing the Defendant to commit the above crimes and to escape C while flying.
Accordingly, the defendant concealed a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
2. Around March 9, 2012, the Defendant acquired one copy of the SSK credit card and one copy of the NABC credit card in the vicinity of the new village located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
3. On March 24, 2012, the Defendant exempted the Defendant from paying an amount equivalent to KRW 6,165,840,00 in total by using E 1SK credit cards and NABC credit cards, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, by presenting 76,930 won as if he/she was the genuine owner, when purchasing household goods, etc. at “mamart store” located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, as indicated in paragraph (2).
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to acquire financial benefits.
4. From March 24, 2012, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act that used the lost credit cards as shown in the annexed list of crimes.
