1. Of the instant lawsuit, the Defendant limited to the Plaintiff on April 23, 2013.

Under Article 11 of the former Special Act on Balanced National Development (amended by Act No. 12215, Jan. 7, 2014; hereinafter the same shall apply) and Article 11(1)8 of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act (hereinafter “Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act”), the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy (hereinafter the “instant project”) carries out projects for promoting the Chungcheong metropolitan economic sphere leading industry (hereinafter the “instant project”), and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology and the Chungcheong metropolitan economic sphere leading industry support group (hereinafter the “support group”) has been changed to the Chungcheong regional project support center on February 2013; hereinafter the “Support Group”) is entrusted by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy with the management and evaluation of the said projects by proxy pursuant to Article 11(4) of the Industrial Technology Innovation Act.

In consideration of the peculiarity of the instant project, the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy performed the overall and overall management of the instant project by the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, and performed the duties, such as concluding agreements on detailed tasks and evaluating tasks.

Plaintiff

Sistec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff Co., Ltd.") is a major institution that performed high-efficiency Red Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "instant task"), which is part of the instant project, for high-efficiency Red Co., Ltd., and the Plaintiff Co., Ltd is a general manager of the instant task.

In order to implement the instant task on January 6, 2012 with the Support Group and the instant task, the Plaintiffs received support of KRW 162,00,000 from the National Treasury, and concluded an agreement on the development of technology with which the Plaintiffs would perform the instant task in accordance with the business plan for six months from November 1, 2011 to April 30, 201.

(hereinafter “instant Convention”). The main contents of the instant Convention are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose and Details of the Convention) The objectives and details of the project under this Convention shall be governed by the project plan (hereinafter referred to as the "project plan") for the promotion project of the Chungcheong metropolitan economic sphere leading industry.

Article 3 (Good Faith and Sincerity Performance of Projects) (1) Any participation in projects under this Convention.
