Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 10, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 10, 2008. On December 22 of the same year, the same court received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime. On March 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1 year for the same crime in the same court.
【Criminal Facts】
On August 27, 2017, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven an EM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.130% of alcohol concentration from the front of C, which is located in Gunsan City B, to the front of the D hotel in Gunsan City.

1.
