Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a member of the “E Education Center” for the purpose of social adaptation education, etc. of adult pulmonary persons with disabilities in the 3 and 4th floor of the DD building in Nowon-gu. Defendant C is a member of the “E Education Center” of the said Education Center. Defendant B is a member of the F Group of the said Education Center. Defendant B is a member of the victim G (age 23, i.e., self-harm disorder 1) is a member of the F Group of the said Education Center.

1. On June 26, 2018, Defendant A: (a) at the third floor psychological stability room of the above education center, Defendant A, on the ground that the victim did self-harm and violent actions, Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant A”) followed the victim’s voice that “on the back of the knifed knifed kn if the knifed knifed knifed kn if the knifed knifed kn if the knifed knifed knifed kn if you would not want to teach the knife”; and (b) slifed the part of the victim’s arms with the slicker, the victim’s knifed

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of assaulting the body of the victim who is a disabled person.

2. On September 4, 2018, Defendant C: (a) around 15:30 on September 4, 2018, on the ground that the victim did self-harm and violent actions, Defendant C set a slick part of the victim’s slock; and (b) Defendant C slicked the victim’s slick part of the victim’s slicker; and (c) the victim slicked the victim “a dump whose slicked the slicked slicker whose slicked the slicker’s slickhead.” The victim slicked the victim

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of assaulting the body of the victim who is a disabled person.

3. Defendant B: (a) around 15:40 on September 4, 2018, at the 3rd floor psychological stability room of the above education center, Defendant B: (b) on the ground that the victim did self-harm and committed violent actions, the victim’s head head head is hume in a large number; (c) the victim’s head head is knee-type; (d) the victim’s body is divided into knee and knee-type; (e) the victim’s arms and body is hume-type, and the victim continues to sound “humpha wave” and knee-type.
