A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who served in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D main points, was aware of the fact that he continued to singing out, despite his request, he had been aware of the fact that he works for singing out, and had a complaint, and had an opportunity to report the content of 112 of employment and sale of alcoholic beverages against many unspecified singings and the main points adjacent to singinging outs with the aim of causing damage to the singing outs and E.

On August 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) filed a false report with the 112 Report Center of the Seoul Regional Police Agency by making a phone call to the 112 Report Center for the purpose of causing damage to the victim H, stating that “If the victim H employs and sell alcoholic beverages, he/she shall do so,” 2 police officers, such as the Assistant K, etc. affiliated with the JN Station of the Seoul Yangyang Police Station JK, who received the said report, search the inside of the place of business, interview the business owners and customers to investigate to confirm illegal business facts; (b) interfere with the prevention and suppression of crimes by the police officers, etc.; and (c) legitimate performance of duties such as reporting dispatch of 112, etc., and interfere with the victim’s singing business.

In addition, from around that time to September 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) boarded and moved his own Lart XG vehicles from around that time; and (b) falsely reported 98 times in total to the public telephone area located in the New-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Dong-dong with the public telephone area on a total of 98 occasions; (c) interfered with police officers’ legitimate performance of duties by deceptive means; and (d) interfered with the victims’ ss singing, etc.
