Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 11:15, the Defendant driven a C concrete compound in the section of about 15km from the front side of the Heungdong-gu, Young-gun, Samnam-gun, Samnam-si without obtaining a driver’s license to drive the C concrete compound in the section of about 15km from the front side of the Heungdong-gun, Youngnam-gun, Sampo-si

Around 12:30 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of driving without a license as described in paragraph (1) from the Bapo Police Station at 300 on the Mapo Police Station at Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and was transferred to the said police station, the Defendant entered “D” in the “a person under confirmation” column of the written confirmation of arrest and detention suspects in the “D”, and affixed the Defendant’s unmanned seal on the name of “D”, and submitted the written confirmation of the suspect interrogation document at Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, 12:45 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and used a forged signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
