1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff:

Facts of recognition

The plaintiff is a quasi-government agency established on January 1, 2004 under the Korea Rail Network Authority Act for the purpose of the construction and management of railroad facilities. The defendants are entrepreneurs engaged in construction business.
