Reasons
1. Facts recognized;
A. The status of the Plaintiff, etc., the Poco Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Poco Construction,” and the name of all the Company is omitted, and the name of all the Company is the business entity under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”) that runs the construction business.
B. The construction work of D High-speed Railroad E is the construction work of constructing a high-speed rail network of 184.534 km in total length that connects F, G, H, I, and J. The construction work of D High-speed Railroad is a large-scale government project in which the total cost of KRW 10.463.5 billion is included. The construction work of E is divided into 19 construction sections and bid was conducted. Of them, E is the construction work including the construction of high-speed rail rail lines for the total extension of 2.9 km (hereinafter “instant construction work”).
