When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.109% from blood alcohol level around 02:35, the Defendant driven BM car over approximately 500 meters from the front of the Han Jin-ro, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Road-dong), Han Jin-ro, 93 (Road-dong), to the front of the sulfur fishing ground located in 111-gil7 (Road-dong), Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
