Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2015, at around 03:49, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% at a distance of about 2-3 meters from the front to the parking at the same point in the apartment complex in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-dong C-dong, Gangdongdong apartment complex.
