Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Before December 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court of Jung-gu on December 8, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2015.
2.
