Punishment of the crime

1. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) planned to engage in gambling on March 7, 2013; (b) induced the Defendant’s office located in Goyang-dong Office No. 909, Goyang-gu, Ilyang-gu, Young-gu, G, H, I, and three female workers in name in the name of the victim J; and (c) in the form of “five” under the victim J; (d) in the form of fraud, the Defendant and H were able to acquire money by fraud; (c) the Defendant and H prepared money; (d) planned to attract three female workers in fraud; (d) planned to attract the victim to gambling and participate in gambling; (e) had the victim participate in gambling; (e) had the victim engage in gambling; and (e) had the victim engage in gambling with his/her number of persons operating gambling; and (e) had the victim engage in gambling with his/her mental atmosphere and had the victim engage in gambling with his/her mental order by continuously taking advantage of the victim’s card.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant: (a) sent a franch, G, I, and three female female under the name of the Defendant to H who prepared the board in advance and play the role of “bts” in the name of the Defendant; (b) proposed that the Defendant fransh the victim from around 15:00 on March 7, 2013 to around 24:00, “L” specialized restaurants located in K at Yangju-si and proposed that the Defendant fransh the victim for gambling; and (c) brought the victim to gambling in G, I, and two female under the name of the Defendant fransh by using the “mar card,” while hiding the fact that the Defendant frandsing the fact that the Defendant frands the victim with normal gambling; and (d) made the victim under the name of a female fransh to drink so that the victim may continue to engage in gambling; and (e) made the victim fford with the victim’s mind.
