A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 24, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant, along with C, administered a medication consisting of approximately 0.3g g of Meet amba (one philophonephone; hereinafter “philophone”), which is a local mental medicine that he/she possessed with C, using a medication system that made the smoke of the bomb and promptly as plastic water, and inhales the smoke generated in the bomb by using a medication system that made the bomb as soon as possible.

2. On August 4, 2016, the Defendant administered the philoopon’s c and E’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c

3. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophones, which he had with C, in the around C’s residence, in the same manner as Paragraph 1.

4. The Defendant was living together with E around November 3, 2016 upon receipt of a request to seek a penphone from E.

F, the Defendant’s residence at around 19:00 on the same day, 30,000 won of the penphone sales amount received from E in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G 102, which is the Defendant’s residence, arranged F to trade the penphone between F and E by taking out approximately 0.5g of the penphones contained in a vinyl paper from F and delivering it to E.

5. On November 3, 2016, at around 19:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophones which F together with F, in the manner described in paragraph 1, at the Defendant’s residence.

6. On December 28, 2016, the Defendant liveded with E upon receiving a request from E for scophophones from the scophophones.

F have sought a philopon to F, and the same day of the same day, 200,000 won of the philopon sales received from E at the Defendant’s residence is to trade philopon between F and E by using a philopon 0.3g blopon contained in a vinyl paper from F and delivering it to E.
