Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sent 100,000 won to request G to request Metepopa (one penphone; hereinafter “Handphone”) which is a local mental medicine by phone calls from G; and (b) purchased one phiopa in the way of receiving approximately 0.2 g of phiopa from G on the road near the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 17:50 on the same day.

B. On June 1, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philophones, which were in possession of the Defendant’s residence, with the same background as that set forth in paragraph (a), into water, and administered them in a way of injecting them with a injection machine.

On June 1, 2017, from around 08:00 to 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately two times among the phiphonephones in possession of the same circumstance as Paragraph A in the “J” warehouse operated by the Defendant in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

(d)

At around 19:50 on June 16, 2017, the Defendant purchased 1.8 million won in 1.8 million won in 1.8 million won in 19:46 on the 19th day of the Defendant’s residence, using approximately 1.6g of philopon from G on the road near the Defendant’s residence.

E. On June 20, 2017, from around 22:00 to around 04:00, the following day, the Defendant: (a) administered approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones, which were possessed from the residence of the Defendant’s parent in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M apartment 203 Dong 312, to four times in the same manner as Paragraph (b).

2. Defendant B

A. A. A. A. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (f.o.), along with a request to seek writingphones from G at the “O” office operated by the Defendant at Gangseo-gu Seoul N or underground B01, Gangseo-gu, Seoul around 20:05.
