Punishment of the crime

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. (1) On July 14, 2013, the Defendants: (a) opened a mobile phone in the name of “H”, “I”, “J”, and “I 1408 of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Building” in the resident registration number column, “J”, and “W 1408” in the mobile phone-related criminal act; (b) around July 14, 2013, the Defendants engaged in the fabrication of private documents using the mobile phone in the name of “H”, “B”, and “H” respectively.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a new contract on the mobile phone service in the name of H, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

(2) On July 14, 2013, the Defendants conspired to open a mobile phone under the name of H and set up a new contract for the mobile phone service in the name of H and received a mobile phone device from the victim F, even if they did not obtain the consent of H from the above G to receive the consent.

B. Around July 15, 2013, the Defendants: (a) drafted a written agreement on M with M in the office of M Co., Ltd. M in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and affixed the seal of H’s name, stating that “N”, “H” in the representative column, “H” in the resident number column, “J” in the business number column, “P” in the business number column, “ Q” in the business number column, and “R” in the business contact column, and affixed the seal of H.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the transaction agreement in the name of H, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising them in collusion.
