1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. India from September 11, 2019

1. On August 5, 2019, the Plaintiff indicated the claim was awarded a successful bid for a building listed in the separate sheet, which was owned by the Defendant, in the public sale procedure conducted by the Korea Asset Management Corporation, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 11, 2019. The Defendant occupied and used the said building without permission until now.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seek unjust enrichment calculated by the ratio of KRW 1950,000 per month, which is the amount equivalent to the rent from September 11, 2019 to the completion date of the above delivery, to the Defendant’s delivery of the above building owned by the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff’s ownership.
