1. The defendant,
A. As to the Plaintiff A’s share of 172.8408/6102 of the land listed in the separate sheet:

Reasons
1. The following facts are either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective entries in Gap evidence 1 to 5, Eul evidence 1 and 2 (including additional numbers) and the whole purport of the pleadings, or are significant in this Court.
The Yang integrated Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Yyang integrated Construction") newly built a D apartment, which is an aggregate building, on the land indicated in the attached list of its ownership and its adjacent racing 276 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "the foregoing two lands are added to the above two lands").
B. On February 19, 199, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the future of the two integrated construction on February 19, 199 with respect to the individual sections of D apartments, but the registration of the site of each of the instant sites was not completed.
C. On November 5, 2007, Plaintiff A was awarded a bid of Nos. 211, 212, which is a partitioned building of D apartment, in the Daegu District Court racing-Support for Real Estate Auction (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer at that time. On April 15, 2008, Plaintiff A was awarded a bid of Nos. 414, 504, 512, and 513 at the instant auction procedure, and completed the registration of ownership transfer.
F On May 29, 2008, the F was awarded the D Apartment No. 1004 at the auction procedure of this case, paid in full around that time, and completed the registration of ownership transfer, and sold the above building to G on June 4, 2008 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in G.
And on May 3, 2012, G sold the above building to the plaintiff and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the plaintiff A.
E. On May 6, 2008, H was awarded a bid of D Apartment No. 912 at the instant auction procedure, paid in full around that time, and completed the registration of ownership transfer, and sold the said building to I on July 8, 2010, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the I future.
In addition, on March 5, 2014, I sold the above building to Plaintiff B and thereafter Plaintiff B.
