Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around July 2013, the Defendant entered false statements in the authentic copy of a notarial deed in the Cautomobile Trading Company located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) the fact that the Defendant was not delegated the power to dispose of the said car by Cautomobile Trading Company or E, the nominal owner of the DB car, but he was not aware of such fact; and (c) had an employee of Cautomobile Trading Company in the name unwritten name prepare an application for registration of transfer of the said car and submit it to the Gangseo-gu Office

Accordingly, the public official belonging to Gangseo-gu Office in the name unfluence of the fact was required to register the transfer of the vehicle in the register of automobiles in question to the defendant on July 26, 2013.

In this respect, the defendant made a false report to the public official, and made him enter false facts in the register of notarial deeds original.

2. Around that time, the Defendant had the said Gangseo-gu Office keep and exercise the said register of automobiles containing false facts as above.
