A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for a crime of bodily injury at the Daejeon District Court on October, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2016, and is currently under suspended sentence.
1. Fire prevention of a suspender building;
A. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:32 on October 13, 2016, the amount of damage and estimate, property damage report, etc. claimed by the Defendant in the repair cost-based security guards F, etc. on the wall, ceiling, floor, etc. of the above commercial building in which the Defendant was in possession of the 41-42 victim D; and (b) on the premise that, according to the on-site photographs, it is difficult to recognize the amount of damage as is, as it is, only a part of the neighboring part of the body, such as the removal of the floor; and (c) it is difficult to recognize the amount of damage as is, as it is, due to the lack of evidence submitted by the Prosecutor, as it is insufficient to recognize that the above amount of damage and losses occurred to the 508 won, 507 won, and 507 won.
The fire was destroyed to this end.
B. On October 13, 2016, around 03:05, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the wall and floor of part of the composite apartment building on the main floor in which a female household resides in, by placing a fire on the tent at the entrance door of the said restaurant, and making it available on the wooden floor, with a log in possession, at around 03:05, the victim H located on the first floor of the building of the Daejeon Jung-gu G commercial building; and (b) setting the wall and floor of the part of the said composite apartment building in which a female household resides, in a way that the repair cost is at least KRW 3.6 million.
2. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed a fire on the first floor of the building located in Jung-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City on the same floor as the above paragraph; and (b) arbitrarily towed a tricheon-ri bicycle at the market price where the victim who was in the place cannot be identified.
