B. On December 24, 2014, at around 03:47, the Defendant discovered that the construction site of the J building, construction vinyl, nets, etc. was loaded at the site of the new construction of the J building managed by L in J on a macro-si scale, and that the Defendant, who was in possession of the nets of a ballon material, was placed on the floor, and had them spread to the wall of the balloned building.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the J building so that the amount of approximately KRW 3,518,000 of repair cost would be approximately KRW 3,518,000.

A. On December 24, 2014, the Defendant discovered that garbage bags were accumulated in front of the Nb agencies located in MM building at a 03:23 occ on December 24, 2014, and was in possession.
