The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The principal shall be the director of C Child Care Center who is a private nursery.

No person who operates a child-care center shall receive a subsidy or use a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.

Nevertheless, during the period from August 2012 to October 2010 of the same year, the Defendant received the amount equivalent to KRW 1,902,520 of the national subsidy paid to the proprietor of the establishment of the infant and child care center by falsely registering the child E residing in a foreign country in the C Child Care Center located in Young-si D in the “Child Care Information Integration System” and acquired it by fraud.
