【Criminal Power】 On February 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch on February 26, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Net Prison on October 29, 2010.

【Criminal Facts】

A. B. C. On July 14, 2011, at around 02:09, the Defendant intruded into the foregoing factory at the place under the preceding paragraph, and stolen it by the same method, while loading the ice scrap, the market price of which is equivalent to 300,000 won, owned by the victim Young-gu Co., Ltd. in the same manner.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the C Truck while transporting the stolen objects on four occasions without a driver’s license, as provided in paragraphs (1) and (2).
