A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 9, 2013, the Defendant: around 3:30 on August 9, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off seven strings from the D Factory E located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, by means of loading 3.50,000 won at the market price of the victim E onto the vehicle.

C. At around 03:40 on July 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen five plastic sheet equivalent to KRW 275,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership that the victim H was set up in the above place; (b) in such a way as the above.

On July 28, 2013, around 04:34, the Defendant: (a) stolen two plastic plugs equivalent to 1.30,000 won at the K parking lot located in the Daegu Northern-guJ in the above manner.

3. On November 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the open space of “N” in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, on November 12, 2013, the Defendant stolen one steel plate (2.5m aro ro 2.5m, 1.5m a vertical length) of approximately KRW 500,000 in the market price owned by the victim’sO (the age of 49) at that location, on which the Defendant loaded one ton truck, while carrying one ton of P.

4. On February 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on February 12, 2014, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft of the market price of 100,000 won or more at the location of the victim W on the side of a warehouse located in the Daegu-gun AGro-Gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

5. On June 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) parked a 1 ton class vehicle at the entrance of the victim’s warehouse located in Qu in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, around 01:50 on June 15, 2014; and (b) loaded 10 plarts equivalent to 1.4 million won at the victim’s market price located therein.
