Punishment of the crime

The victim C(for example, life, age 25) is a intellectual disability Grade 2 with intellectual disability, and it is a intellectual disability that makes it difficult to exercise sexual self-determination right due to lack of judgment ability and lack of basic sexual knowledge.

On December 5, 2016, the Defendant reported the victims waiting for a bus seeking vocational rehabilitation facility of disabled persons at the E bus stops located in Seogpopo City D around December 5, 2016, and divided conversations with the victims by visiting the victims, dividing them.
