A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete 80 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on December 23, 2014, the Defendant was able to meet the Defendant’s sexual desire by using the victim E (intelligent 67 and 10 years of age and 2) with intellectual disability 3 (intelligent 67 and 10 years of age and 10 months) in front of “D Park” located in Yasan-si, Yasan-si, 2014.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On December 23, 2014, the Defendant, at the “D Park” located in Yasan City, around 16:00, committed an indecent act on the part of the Defendant by opening a string and a part of the victim’s school uniforms, which he/she sits next to and inserting the Defendant’s hand into the inner clothes.

B. On December 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by having a victim, who was playing there, off his clothes, in the Defendant’s residence located on the third floor of the “G tea” building located in the Yasan-si, Yasan-si, and committing an indecent act by deceiving the female’s chest with her chest and her mar.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On January 2, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s physical or mental disability that makes it difficult for the victim to resist or resist. 1-B. In the same manner as Paragraph 1-B.

B. On January 3, 2015, the Defendant, at around 10:54, committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s physical or mental disability, making it difficult for the victim to resist or resist.

On January 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 13:21, committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s physical or mental disability that the victim is unable to resist or resist.

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant has a physical or mental disability, and the victim has a physical or mental disability in his/her residence at around 16:31.
