Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2018, the Defendant found the victim D (e.g., 25 years of age, intellectual disability 1 level) who resided in the same village as Pyeongtaek-gun C Defendant’s residence and frequently frequent in the village residents’ house in spring. The victim was able to have sexual intercourse with the victim by using his/her intellectual disability or difficulty in resisting or resisting the victim, left the victim’s chest by hand, and rape by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ.

On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) at a container located in the front place of the above residence; (b) at a church in order to make the Defendant’s spouse scam to have his demand, left the clothes of the victim, in mind that the said victim would have been found to have sexual intercourse with the victim; (c) taken the victim’s chest by hand; (d) took the victim’s chest promptly; and (e) inserted the victim’s chest into the sex flag of the victim.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant: (a) found the victim D (V, 25 years of age, intellectual disability 1 level) at the Defendant’s residence in Young-gun E, Young-gun, 2017; and (b) found the victim D (V, 25 years of age, intellectual disability 1 level) due to intellectual disability.
