Criminal facts

On June 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on April 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 20, 201.

1. On June 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g 30,000 won of a psychotropic phone from D, a psychotropic drug, from the front day of the Andong-si C Bathing Bail, Sclocking (hereinafter “Handphone”).

2. On June 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 0.05 g of philophones to F at Andong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si 206, and received them.

3. On June 28, 2012, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the foregoing 2. Paragraph 1., inserted approximately 0.05g of the instant phiphones into a single-use injection machine and mixed them with water, administered them in a way of injecting them into the left arms.

4. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant purchased philophones with approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from D on the front day of the GFolk Center at Andong-dong-si, Gandong-si, at KRW 19:00.

5. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant administered phiphones in a way that 0.04g of phiphones as described in the foregoing 4. Around 19:30 on August 22, 2012, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.04g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and mix them with water from the warehouse on the second floor of the GFolk Center at Ansan-dong-si.

6. At around 14:30 on August 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) carried philophones by inserting them into a disposable injection machine for the purpose of administering remaining 0.06gg of philophones remaining after being administered as described in the foregoing 5. at the 3rd floor I Game room at Ansan-si, Andong-si; and (b) carried them.
