1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs in cash from D, approximately 0.5g of 50,00,000 won, set up in the Dana-si Terminal, Dana-si, Dana-si, 43, Dana-si.

A.
