D sent approximately 0.63g opon from the Dong-gu High Bus Terminal located in the new-dong-gu, Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-do on the same day to the Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, by packaging 0.63gopon in color document bags and CD cases, through high-speed bus baggage.

Around that time, the Defendant: (a) sent a phone to E in Korea to a Gangseo-gu shuttle bus terminal; (b) received a penphone from D; (c) asked C to deliver it; and (d) requested E to do so; and (c) was distributed in Seocho-gu Seoul on the same day at a time as the Defendant received instructions from the Defendant.
