A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. (1) On December 2015, the Defendant purchased a philopon by purchasing KRW 1.6g of philopon (A) at the bottom of a high-priced bridge near Chungcheong budget D, around 16:00, under which the Defendant purchased a philopon by purchasing KRW 1.6g of philopon, which contained two philopon 1.6g of philopon, in return for the purchase of philopon.

(B) On February 29, 2016, the Defendant received 500,000 won from F to SC bank account (G) under the name of the Defendant, and sold 10,000 won on March 1, 2016, to F, the Defendant: (a) purchased from E, and then sold 10,000 won of a single cell phone with approximately 0.8 g of a penphone purchased from E to H; and (b) requested F to deposit with KS bus 16:0 on the same day, the Defendant received 50,000 won of a cellphone from F to 16:0 on March 9, 2016; and (c) sold 10,000 won of a single cell phone to FF bank with the name of 50,000 won of a mobile phone; and (d) sold 10,000 won of a single cell phone to FC bank with the name of 10,016.

(2) Around 15:00 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased a phiphone with N’s BM passenger car parked in the M office parking lot located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Unit L, and 0.8g of a philophone, which contained 0.8g of a philophone, from N, and paid 500,000 won in cash in return.

(B) On March 18, 2016, the Defendant received 500,000 won from F to the above SC Bank account (G) as the price for phiphones, and subsequently, on March 19, 2016, within the Defendant’s Qubur XD car that was set up in P on the Pboard located in the Hanam Budget Center around 18:00, 2016.
