1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

around 21:00 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant received from C the sum of KRW 170,000,000,000, including the sum of KRW 1.5 million on October 20, 2013 and the sum of KRW 1.7 million on October 21, 2013, in the name of the purchase price of phiphone, from C, to an enterprise bank account (Account Number: D) under the name of the Defendant upon receipt of the request of C.

At around 18:00 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested F to request that F “scopon copon copon copon copon” at the residence of F in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) provided F with KRW 170,000,000 which was remitted under the above consideration.

On October 21, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant laid off approximately 0.5g oponon from F in a passenger car parked on the Daejeon Non-Road, and on October 22, 2013, at around 00:06, issued the said 0.5g oponon to C on the road where the number of opononon is unknown.

2. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On November 8, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant received from C a request from C to the company bank account in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 1.59 million in the name of the purchase price of the instant company bank account in the name of the Defendant.

At around 19:00 on November 8, 2013, the Defendant issued F a letter of request to F to “scopphones” at the F’s residence located in Daejeon Jung-gu E, Daejeon, and issued F with KRW 1,590,000,000, which was remitted under the above price.

On November 8, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) taken approximately two ghopon from F incopon from an insurine room located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) issued approximately two g of the said hopon to C on the road near the said hopon on November 21:30, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

On December 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested I to “scopon the copon” by telephone at an irregular place around 19:00 on December 24, 2013; and (b) 90,000,000 won as the price.
