Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:05, around 06:05, at around 1, 2015, went through the influence of alcohol by C, while driving a DNA car, and caused a traffic accident involving property damage, and (b) was willing to make the said C to shock the Defendant with the said car and to make a false report as if it escaped.

On the 11th day of the same month, the Defendant submitted a written statement stating that “On December 10, 2015, the Defendant driven a DNA car around 06:05, the Busan Young-do Police Station's Office of the Safety Investigation of Traffic Accidents in the Busan Young-gu, Busan High-do, Busan High-ro, Busan High-do, Busan High-ro, 2015, and caused the person who made the statement to suffer injury and had the person who made the statement escape.” On the 26th day of the same month, the Defendant made a statement to the same effect as the above written statement at the above police station guard and the investigation team office of the main object.

However, at the time, the above C had not received the victim at all while driving the car at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant had the above C with the aim of having the above C punished criminal punishment.
