A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Criminal facts

On April 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on May 18, 2015.

The Defendant and the victim C (the age of 50) came to have a relationship from July 2008, and maintained a de facto marriage relationship for about one year after commencing the living together from April 2013, and maintained a de facto marriage relationship for about one year. The Defendant and the victim came to end around April 2014.

After release from the original prison as above, the Defendant obtained the victim’s room in the vicinity of the victim’s house, and continuously sent the victim’s cell phone text message with the victim’s cell phone to keep the victim’s private life, and again sent the victim’s text message, and displayed the victim’s home and supervised the victim.

On July 22, 2015, at around 21:55, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act: (a) set one’s own car on the E-loan front of the victim’s home located in Kimhae-si; (b) reported the victim’s marina car on the road; (c) but (d) discovered the Defendant who reported his/her car on the said E-ray car; and (e) reported his/her car, and (e) monitor himself/herself.
