A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

On November 14, 2018, at around 15:04, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s residence located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building D, took a photograph of a female-friendly victim E (n, 22 years old) with his/her opphone 7 mobile phone in front of the scam in the state of body, by using a scam photographic photo photographing method, with a total of 39 times without the victim’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body part of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function against his will.

In the same manner as in the same manner, the victim E's b body photographs which were taken back after sexual intercourse were taken six consecutive times in total without the consent of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant uses a mechanical device with a camera function to make a sexual bath.
