Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 6, 200, the Defendant (the competent post office) concluded a traffic safety insurance contract with the deceased and beneficiaries (the deceased and the deceased’s legal heir), the insurance period of 20 years, and the insured during the period of insurance to pay KRW 100,000,000 when they died due to traffic accidents other than traffic accidents during the use of public transport, and KRW 50,000,000 when they died due to traffic accidents other than traffic accidents during the use of public transport (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B.
