A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and four months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on May 14, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 30, 2015.

Defendant A, the planning company in Gangnam-gu Seoul, is the representative director of F, the real estate company in Gangnam-gu, and Defendant B, the former director of the above company.
