Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 835"- Defendant A
1. The Defendant worked as G real estate representative on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul FF building without a licensed real estate agent qualification certificate.
The Defendant: (a) was scheduled to enter the Seowest Coastal Doon Dolly; (b) had the right transfer registration under the name of J, an employee of the said real estate office, was completed on June 201; (c) had the right transfer registration completed immediately to the purchaser of the said land; (d) had the remainder paid back to the purchaser of the said land; and (e) had the right to purchase the said land from around that time, the Defendant had the right to purchase the said land by deceiving him/her as if the land value increase rapidly; and (e) had the right to purchase the said land from that time.
On June 201, the Defendant introduced the victim K, who was introduced through Defendant B, who was in charge of the business, as the president of G real estate, and displayed guidance, and told that “L is a sub-speaking station in the coast, and the relevant department predicted the site of history and stated the route, which would have been obtained, and it would not be promulgated in newspapers or broadcasting, and it would be a reliable information, which would be a good location, and the registration of division would also be avoided.”
However, at the time, there was only a plan to enter the scarcity on the west coast between Hongsung and Songsan, but there was no history in L. Even if the defendant collected information from L, he did not collect information from the department related to L, but did not make a false statement as if he was confirmed to enter L into the scar basin, and there was no intention or ability to accept registration.
Nevertheless, the defendant is believed to provide accurate information about real estate while carrying out normal business with a licensed real estate agent's license.
