A. From July 29, 2017, around 14:40, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one S7 mobile phone and one cell phone card owned by the victim E, which was located in the Geumdong-gu, Busan, Geumcheon-ro 717, the Geumcheon-gu, Busan, and the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) the victim’s market value, which was located adjacent to the kyl-gu, the victim D, who was located adjacent to the kyl-gu, the victim’s kallon-ju, was stolen by having a 7 mobile phone and a new card owned by the victim E, which was located in the case.
B. On July 29, 2017, the Defendant purchased one half of the card under the name of “G” operated by a person whose name is unknown, who was in F of the Geum-gu, Busan on July 15:02, 2017, and presented the card under the name of “G”, which was stolen as the means of payment, as if the genuine card is the nominal owner of the card, and used the credit card, which was cut off after having the victim prepare the sales slip, signed by him and signed by him.
