A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not a narcotics handler shall not administer or sell Mept caculph (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant shall not be a narcotics handler.

1. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) contacted a person who was aware of a search via the Internet on early February 2, 2017 using the Internet; (b) collected a scopon of a scopon left by the seller at the bottom of the commercial building in Seoul Jung-gu; and (c) removed a scopon of a scopon laid down by the seller at the bottom of the commercial building in Seoul Jung-gu; and (d) performed the scopon by moving the scopon to the Defendant’s residence in Seoul Jung-gu C; and (c) performed the scopon by hanging the scopon

2. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 400,000 to the said seller on or around March 3, 2017; (b) collected approximately 0.5g of the penphone in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; and (c) moved the above Defendant’s residence to a beer with the volume of 1/3 of the penphone; and (d) continuously administered a phiphone in a manner that scopon with the volume of 1/3 of each remaining part of the cellphone around March 5, 2017 and around March 7, 2017.

3. Trading and administration of philophones on April 2017.

A. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 600,000 to the said seller; and (b) purchased and sold philophones by means of collecting approximately 0.5g of philophones put up by the said seller while mailinged the buphones at a non-permanent place of less than KRW 60,00.

B. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) moved to the residence of the above Defendant; and (b) 1/3 of the philophones purchased as above, administered philophones in a way that sculpphones are loaded in beer; and (c) on April 20, 2017 and April 22, 2017, 1/3 of the remaining philophones were culed in beer.

4. Trading and administration of philophones on May 2017;

A. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won to the above seller at around 20:51, and then, to Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.
