Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a multilateral car.

Around 09:50 on December 9, 2019, the Defendant was driving the above van and stopped on the street in front of the building (ju) in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, but was making a U.S. internship.

Since there are lots of crosswalks installed, the driver has a duty of care to safely drive the road using the crosswalks to check whether the driver is a pedestrian, and to safely drive the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the victim E (the age of 64) to stand the crosswalk due to the negligence of his neglect.
