Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On January 30, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on the 11:50th day of January 30, 2019, driving the front road of the Seoul Western-gu C toward the private distance of D elementary school from the long-distance distance from D elementary school.
